The Plucky Maidens Paris package includes:

Six days of adventures, five nights of accommodation and a delicious breakfast

at our charming hotel in the Montparnasse district. 
Shoppers are able to book either a Double Room (2 twin beds) 
 or a Single Room (1 double bed).

4 or 5 visits to a variety of Paris junking venues,

 including  junk shops, brocantes, the Porte de Vanves flea market 
and neighborhood "clean out your attic" sales, 
the very best shopping experience of all!

Delightful Moroccan lunch in the St. Michel district.

An evening sightseeing boat ride on the river Seine.

Some additional activities we have enjoyed together include: 
Visits to the famous Paris flower market, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Quartier Latin, Shakespeare & Company bookstore, the Paris Opera, the Eiffel Tower, Madeleine Church, Laduree (the world's best macarons!), Place de la Concorde, Tuileries Garden, Montmartre, the Arc de Triomphe and other delightful surprises.

We will also show you the basics on how to get around in Paris using the Metro 
and city buses...the best way to see the sights! 

Please note:  There is a lot of walking on our adventures.  This is NOT the kind of trip where you spend most of your time on a coach, filled with dozens of American tourists, being driven from monument to monument in 15 minute increments.  That's so NOT Plucky!  ;~)

For all of our group activities, you will be accompanied by
Pam Knecht (founder of the Plucky Maidens),
 who lived in Paris for 3 years.  Pam speaks French, knows Paris well
and will take you to the best junking spots in each city.

Our trips are designed for purchase of items such as

bric-a-brac, clothing, accessories, ephemera, linens, jewelry, etc.  

Specifically, treasures that can fit in an extra suitcase 

or that you are willing and able to ship home.  

We do not make arrangements for shipping containers.

If you prefer a room of your own, 

the cost for the 6 day package is $2,975.  

If you are traveling with a friend and want to share a room,

 the cost is $2,450 per person. 

Please note that air fare is not included in this price.  

Breakfast each day and hosted meal (above) are included in the package price.

Also note that 2019 prices will be approximately 15% higher that the posted 2018 prices.

A non-refundable deposit is due when you sign up for the trip. 

($995 deposit each for travelers sharing a room,
$1,225 deposit for single accommodation travelers) 

For September trip, balances due must be paid in full before July 15, 2018.
